Error in DocuCare

When you create your account in the DocuCare simulator the error will appear like this:
You must click the on-screen link that says "Return to the dashboard" and follow the steps in the thePoint Access Guide for New Users from page 13 onwards.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding access to these products, you can use the Chat and Ticket services available on the Virtual Library website. Service hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
